 Three or Four Ways Of...

There's Always More Than One Way of Doing Something on a Computer

When you first learn how to use a computer, it's sensible to learn ONE way of doing each of the basic tasks.  It's easier to remember and less confusing.

But you will soon find that other people do things differently.  It doesn't make them right and your wrong.  Similarly, it doesn't make you right and them wrong.

It really does mean that there is more than one way of doing that particular task.  Your ultimate aim should be to use the computer in a way that suits you.  If you are a touch typist, you might find using keyboard shortcuts easier as you won't need to pick up the mouse.  Use the method that suits you.  You might find you use more than one method, depending upon the circumstances.
