I visited PCWorld for a client a few days ago (Nov 08). I was particularly taken with the HP TouchSmart IQ500.
It has a lovely, clear 22" screen.
It has a built in TV tuner, so no need to buy a separate TV and computer. You are supplied with a wireless keyboard and mouse so no need to leave the comfort of your armchair if you want to use it as a computer.
For anyone who finds using a mouse difficult, this is the perfect choice as the screen is a touch screen. Just touch the screen to "click" on an icon.
There is no separate processor box - everything is built into the screen. Just place the whole unit on a trolly and you can use it close up and personal for touch screen use, or at a distance if you want to watch TV or use the wireless keyboard and mouse. A brilliant option for all the family.
I already have a PC and a laptop so very reluctantly I left it on the shelf in the shop. I'm still very taken with it though, and I'd love to own one. It had one of the clearest screens I've seen.
