You can use your computer (with a microphone and speakers, or headset) to talk directly to friends and colleagues anywhere in the world for free (so long as they use the same service as you). d) You can listen to the radio, or even watch the television over the internet. 	Wireless Broadband If you have a laptop computer that you want to be able to use anywhere in your house, or you have more than one computer that you want to connect to the internet, why not consider going wireless? You will need to use a wireless router.  The router allows more than one computer to use the internet simultaneously and the wireless allows you to use a computer without a direct cable link. Most new laptops have a built in wireless card.  If yours doesn't, or you want to use your desktop computer wirelessly just purchase a wireless USB adaptor.
